It’s time to get dirty.

So I’ve started embracing getting dirty, climbing into trees, bushwhacking, getting rained on, eating with my hands, not brushing my hair and then still taking the pic. As a lover of beauty, learning to embrace getting dirty has been life-changing, and I hope it will be life changing for you too.

Everything we see is perfect, curated, airbrushed, pressed and polished. Everyone is out there living their perfect, imaginary lives and all seem to be telling us that they have all the answers.

My life has never felt perfect. Even when I made the decision to live a more nomadic life and spend my time travelling to beautiful places I still found myself unfulfilled. I do love the outdoors, finding beautiful views, travelling and working in new places. Over the last few years I’ve lived and worked all over Canada’s north-west, but one thing my travels never are is perfect.
